2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
- To process payments and manage your account;
- To generate AI models and content at your direction;
- To improve performance, fix bugs, and develop new features (using aggregated, anonymized data);
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, illegal activity, and Terms violations;

3. We Do Not Train On Your Data
Your reference photos, custom models, and generated outputs are not used to train our underlying AI models or any third party's models. Your content is processed solely to deliver the Service to you.
4. How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to operate the Service:
- Service providers: cloud hosting, storage (e.g., Cloudflare R2), payment processors, email delivery, analytics — under contractual confidentiality obligations.
- AI infrastructure providers: for the compute required to generate content. Providers process your prompts and reference inputs ephemerally and are contractually prohibited from retaining or training on your data.
- Legal & safety: when required by law, court order, or to investigate violations, fraud, threats to safety, or unlawful activity (including reporting CSAM to NCMEC or equivalent authorities).
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to equivalent privacy protections.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data Retention
We retain account data while your account is active. Reference content and generated content are retained until you delete them or close your account, plus a short backup window. We may retain certain records longer when required by law, for fraud prevention, or to enforce our Terms.
6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; you upload content at your own risk.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA, India DPDP Act), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate data;
- Delete your data ("right to be forgotten");
- Object to or restrict certain processing;

8. Cookies & Analytics

VynixFlow is operated from India. By using the Service, you consent to your data being transferred to, stored, and processed in India and any country where our service providers operate, including jurisdictions whose data protection laws may differ from yours.

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
