Terms of Use

Welcome to VynixFlow ("we", "us", "our"), a product of GlobalSolutions. By accessing or using VynixFlow (the "Service"), you ("you", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using VynixFlow, you represent and warrant that you are an adult under the laws of your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Reference Photos & Likeness Rights — IMPORTANT

You must only upload reference photos of yourself, or of a person from whom you have obtained verifiable, documented legal consent and rights to use their likeness for AI generation.

When you upload any photo, image, or biometric data ("Reference Content") to VynixFlow, you represent and warrant that:

The photo is of yourself, or
You hold full legal rights, licenses, releases, consents, and permissions from every identifiable person in the photo to use their likeness for AI model training, image generation, commercial use, and any other use enabled by the Service.
You have the right to grant us the licenses described in these Terms.
The Reference Content does not infringe any third-party rights (including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights) and complies with all applicable laws.

You may not upload images of any person — including public figures, celebrities, ex-partners, classmates, coworkers, or strangers — without their explicit, informed, and documented consent. Uploading non-consensual imagery is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offense in your jurisdiction.

4. Generated Content — Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any and all content you generate, download, share, publish, distribute, sell, or otherwise use from the Service.

VynixFlow provides a tool. You direct it. You decide what to create with the outputs. You agree that:

You alone are accountable for the legality, appropriateness, and ethical use of any generated images, videos, or other outputs ("Generated Content").
You will not use Generated Content to defame, harass, deceive, defraud, impersonate, sexually exploit, or harm any person.
You will not generate content depicting minors in any sexualized, suggestive, or exploitative manner. This is an absolute prohibition.
You will not generate content intended to be presented as a true depiction of a real person without that person's consent (deepfakes for deception, revenge, or harassment).
You will comply with the terms of service, content policies, and laws applicable to any platform where you publish Generated Content (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Fanvue, Patreon, OnlyFans, payment processors).
You assume all legal, financial, reputational, and other risk arising from your use or distribution of Generated Content.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content sexualizing minors;
Generate non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes of real, identifiable individuals;
Harass, threaten, defame, blackmail, or stalk any person;
Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our underlying models, weights, or training data;
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission;
Attempt to bypass safety filters, content moderation, or technical protections.

Violations may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of credits, and reporting to law enforcement.

6. License You Grant Us

You retain ownership of your Reference Content and Generated Content. You grant VynixFlow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you. We do not train our models on your uploads or outputs.

7. Ownership of Generated Content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the Generated Content you create using your own paid account and your own Reference Content. We make no copyright claim on your outputs. Note that AI-generated content may have limited copyright protection under the laws of certain jurisdictions — you accept this risk.

8. Credits, Payments & Refunds

Use of the Service consumes credits, which may be purchased through the Service. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Unused credits may expire as described in your plan. We may change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, QUALITY, OR LEGALITY OF GENERATED CONTENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VYNIXFLOW, GLOBALSOLUTIONS, OR THEIR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VynixFlow, GlobalSolutions, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your Reference Content or Generated Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any law or third-party right, including any person's right of publicity, privacy, or intellectual property.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.
