VynixFlow ("we", "us", "our"), a product of GlobalSolutions, gives creators tools to generate AI imagery and video. This Content Policy explains what you may and may not create or upload. It applies alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By using the Service you agree to follow this policy.

The short version: Adults only (18+). Use your own likeness or inputs you're licensed to use. No minors, no non-consensual content, no illegal material. We remove violations and report unlawful content to the authorities.

1. Age & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Every AI model, likeness, and depicted person must be an adult (18+). Content that depicts, suggests, or implies a minor is strictly prohibited, including "age regression," school-themed, or childlike styling.

2. Consent & Likeness

You may only create likenesses of:

Yourself; or
A real adult who has given you explicit, documented consent to create and use their likeness; or
A fully synthetic, fictional adult that does not impersonate a real, identifiable person.

Uploading or recreating someone's likeness without their consent — including public figures for deceptive, defamatory, or sexual purposes — is prohibited.

3. Permitted Content

Lifestyle, fashion, fitness, glamour, swimwear, and boudoir-style imagery of consenting adults.
Content intended for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Fanvue, Fansly, Patreon, and similar, subject to each platform's own rules.
Your own creative, commercial, and promotional projects using models you are entitled to use.

You are responsible for complying with the rules of any third-party platform where you publish your content.

4. Prohibited Content

Any sexual or suggestive content involving minors, or anyone made to appear underage (CSAM). We report this to NCMEC and relevant authorities.
Non-consensual intimate imagery, "deepfake" sexual content of real identifiable people, or revenge content.
Impersonation of real people for fraud, defamation, harassment, or to deceive others.
Content promoting violence, terrorism, human trafficking, self-harm, or illegal goods and services.
Hateful content targeting people based on protected characteristics.
Content that violates the intellectual-property or publicity rights of others.

5. Platform-Safe & Labeling

Our export tools help you size and format content for different platforms, but they do not exempt you from those platforms' policies or from applicable AI-disclosure laws. Where required, label AI-generated content honestly. Do not use the Service to evade lawful content-moderation or age-verification systems.

6. Enforcement

We may review, restrict, remove, or refuse to generate content that violates this policy, and we may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Serious or illegal violations may be reported to law enforcement. Where appropriate we use automated and human review to detect prohibited content.

7. Reporting

If you believe content created with or hosted by the Service violates this policy or the law, report it to support@vynixflow.com with as much detail as you can provide. We investigate all reports.

8. Changes

We may update this Content Policy as our Service and applicable laws evolve. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
